I was composing a longish post for the "Found Blogs" section when it happened. When I was done composing, meticulously adding all the links to the new blogs that I had found and their BlogShares listings, I tried to preview it and saw the page with Joe's note of regret.

Being as scattered as I am, I was also watching TV and reading and commenting on some of the latest posts on the site. Joe had just announced a cool new feature where members would review each others' blogs. Turns out that one of my comments played a role in triggering the shoutdown. Apparently the "spirit" of the game wasn't respected or appreciated by some...as I was about to post this, I decided to check Joe's blog once again. He has posted a brief explanation.
